Most buildings list their amenities. Fenwick Mansions was designed so you'd actually use them, on an ordinary weekday, in the twenty minutes you have, without planning it


That means water kept at the right temperature year-round, equipment maintained before it needs to be, and spaces quiet enough to think in. The luxury isn't the marble. It's that none of it asks anything of you.


A swim before the Elizabeth line. Half an hour in the sauna after a long day. A workout that fits between calls, not around a booking system. On Friday, the private cinema is yours for the evening, and when family come to stay, the guest apartment is ready for them. And when something does need arranging, the concierge has usually already thought of it.

Indoor pool


Eighteen metres, held at 29°C whatever the season, with loungers along one side and lighting that softens through the evening. The water is tested daily and filtered continuously. Open 6am to 9:30pm, with no children after 7:30pm, seven days a week.

Spa and treatment rooms


A luxury sauna, experience showers, and a low-lit relaxation room designed for the twenty minutes afterwards rather than the ten minutes inside. The therapy room can be booked through the Loft app, at no extra charge.

Gym and fitness suites


EGYM weight resistance machines and fitness hub, a matted studio for stretching and floor work, and enough space that nobody is waiting for a bench. Residents have access around the clock with their fob, which matters more than it sounds, because it means the gym fits your day rather than the other way round. Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week for residents.


Cinema room


Fourteen couches, a 4K screen and a selection of over 100 movies downloaded. All streaming services can be accessed via system as well. Book it through the residents' app, Loft, and the room is yours for the evening. There are no limit on the amount of times you can book it in, open 24 hours a day with 3 hour booking slots.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Are the amenities included, or is there an extra charge?

    All residents' facilities are included in your rent. There is no separate membership and no per-use fee.

  • What are the opening hours?

    The gym is open 24 hours a day to residents. The pool and spa are open 6am to 9pm daily, closing at 7:30pm for children. The screening room is available 24 hours a day, bookable in 3 hour slots.

  • Can I bring guests?

    Yes. Residents may bring up to two guests to the pool, gym and lounge, signing them in at the concierge desk. Guests must be accompanied at all times.

  • How do I book the cinema room or treatment?

    Through the residents' app, or by speaking to the concierge.

  • Are children allowed in the pool and gym?

    Children are welcome in the pool when accompanied by an adult until 7:30pm. The gym is restricted to residents aged 16 and over.

  • Can I hire the lounge for a private event?

    Yes - speak to the concierge for availability and terms.
